We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return Email us at furbondshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required. Just send us a photo of the issue.
Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened grooming or dental care products cannot be returned unless defective.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
